Sr. Delivery Manager

Dennis Lupo is a Senior Project Manager at USAS. His duties include managing and automating incoming policies for a specialty insurance giant that is credited as an A rated in financial strength that focus’ in solid market capitalization, specialty underwriting expertise where he provides efficiencies and profitability to the client. He also manages a process improvement multi-year project for an independent, academically focused nonprofit organization for realizations in productivity and speed to market.

Prior to joining USAS Technologies, Mr. Lupo held many positions at Merrill Lynch for over 22 years. Throughout his working tenure with this financial giant, Dennis has worked through the ranks of the companies vast IT divisions from data network, automation, applications support, contract/vendor management, project management and ending his career as a Vice President and certified Black Belt in the Six Sigma Process Improvement Group supporting the Investment Banking Division.

Dennis consistently delivers business growth to the client through reengineering processes and procedures, carrier vendor negotiations, and team development. He has the ability to combine strategic planning with strong on-site technical qualifications to ensure the completion of the project is on time and within budget. His organization skills allow his team to work in a synergistic fashion minimizing disruptions of the clients’ day to day business operations.

Mr. Lupo graduated from Pace University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems. He currently completed PMP training and is expected to receive PMP certification shortly.
